There are a wide variety of pillows available on the market today in various materials and shapes and sizes. At Pillows Made to Measure we decided that any material we use to make our pillows must have the following five essential properties.

The material must be comfortable to the touch.

The material must be flexible enough to meet our NCi rating.

The material must be environmentally friendly.

The material must have a resilient supportive structure.

The material must have a long life as the final product.

So each type of common pillow material was tested to see if it matched these essential properties.

Benefits

Important

All pillows will lose support and compress over time - no matter what type of material they are made of. One of the most common problems is not knowing when your pillow has reached it's used by date. Poor sleep, back and neck discomfort and waking fatigued are usually the first signs that your pillow is no longer giving you enough support and comfort.

At Pillows Made to Measure we can help you by using your unique NCi Rating, we are able to calculate when your pillow will start to naturally lose its support and comfort.

So as part of our continued service to you, we will send you an email reminder (usually one month prior), so you can re-order a new pillow helping you to maintain your healthy and comfortable sleeping pattern.
