All deliveries will be made by Australia Post.
 

For the security of any delivery we strongly recommend a delivery address where someone is in attendance between the hours of 8:30am and 5:30pm Monday - Friday. I.e. Business address rather than a home address.
  

Delivery Options

Pillows Made to Measure has two delivery options. The rate is calculated by your postcode and will be shown to you prior to payment. So you can make the choice that best suits you.

With all the options you will receive an email 3 working days prior to the delivery.

1. Healthcare Professional

All deliveries to a HealthCare Professional register with Pillows Made to Measure and delivered to their clinic address during normal business hours have no charge.

2. Standard

With standard delivery you pay for the delivery of the pillow but all redeliveries e.g. second deliveries will incur a cost of $10.00 per item (per pillow) Delivered within 21 working days of ordering subject to manufacturing availability.

Offline Purchases

With all off-line purchases that are made using our NCi Questionnaire/Payment Form deliveries will be made by Australia Post and have a standard delivery rate of $15.00 for NSW,VIC,ACT,QLD and $28.00 for WA, SA, NT,TAS.
Please note that orders will only be processed once payment has been approved.

TO DELIVER OUTSIDE AUSTRALIA AND NEW ZEALAND

Guarantee

Our guarantee is that we will work with you the find your pillow solution and if we are unable to meet your individual sleeping needs gladly refund your payment.

We will gladly exchange your pillows if you feel it does not match your individual sleeping needs. You must contact us within 30 days of the original pillow order.

A new pillow will be mailed out to you on receipt of the original pillow being mailed back to us (at your cost) and within 30 days of the original pillow order.

If we are still unable to help you find a pillow that suits your individual sleeping need we will refund your payment (minus our postage costs to you) upon receipt of all pillows sent to you. All refunds will be issued via Cheque.

RETURNS POLICY

All pillows are subject to our returns policy. Pillows Made to Measure will accept exchange of the item if it does not meet the published specification or is damaged on delivery.

Pillows Made To Measure will accept the Return cost and redelivery charges in the circumstance of damage upon delivery or incorrect pillow supplied but ONLY if the customer notifies Pillows Made To Measure first and is given a return authority number and appropriate paperwork for the return. Pillows Made To measure will not accept freight charges if the goods are returned by any method other than that nominated by us.
 

We reserve the right

To cancel any order, at which time, we will immediately notify this action by e-mail or phone, using the e-mail address or number/s provided. We will refund the money paid using the original method received.

To take all reasonable steps to verify that the order and credit card details are bona fide prior to manufacturing and fulfilling the order. To cancel any order if we are unable to meet your NCi rating and manufacture a pillow to our normal standards or stock unavailability.
